Changing account details

You may want to change your account details. To do so, click on the My Account link from within the CMS control panel.

There are a number of settings you can change here. The two that  your particularly interested in is Email Settings to change your email address and Username and Password to change your password as well as the username you use to login. Don't confuse your username with your email address. By default we set your username to be your email address, to make it easy to remember. But changing your email address here does not change your email address used for notifications, this must be done in the Email Settings screen.

To create a new password. Click on the Username and Password Button, and type/retype the password you want to be your new password. Then click the Update button.

Customising your control panel

Any page you view in the control panel can be added as a tab that sits in the main navigation. When you're on the desired page, click New Tab at the top of the header, and give it an easily identifiable name.

In the 'My Account' page, you can customise your CP further, selecting what shows up on the CP home page, changing the theme and more.
